The cute little, innocent and sensitive pregnant girl falls in love with the cute gay guy. But of course he's too gay to romantically fall for her. However, he does love her deeply as a person. Baby is born, grows into a cute little girl of 5 who is emotionally well balanced in every way. The mother has since fallen in love with a black man who she now lives with and everybody lives happily ever after. I think I'm going to throw up!! Nasally David Schwimmer, Effeminate Matthew Perry, and the rest of the people who have worn ass-grooves into those coffee shop couches are all part of what makes this show tick. When the ticking stops, and the bomb filled with quirkiness explodes, the public is immersed in a sticky, quirky residue–and they love it. SO, eat it up, everybody.

I hope this doesn’t seem down on Friends…I actually like the show, but at the same time, hate it a little. But, if life had a laugh track and everything was said at the perfect time, then Friends would be no different than your life or mine. You’d also need a guy named Ross tripping over things…

My Mom watched the whole series from 1994-2004 and loved it so after the show was over I decided to start watching it myself. I've seen most of them except for season 10 and a couple of others. And you know what? It didn't cost me a dime. Friends is on my local station KTVU twice a night, Monday through Friday, TBS once a day on weekdays (On Tuesdays there are 3 shows!) It's on KTVU once every Saturday. My point is why would you spend $20 or $30 on DVD sets when you could watch them on TV for free? Look if you really have to have them go and buy them. Check to see what features they have though. I would change my mind and buy a few if they had blooper reels or deleated scenes but for now I'll save my money. I’ve watched Friends on and off throughout the years, but the show’s really not for me.
